Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for several Customer Service Agents for our client ScottishPower Energy Network, based in Glasgow City Centre
These roles are for immediate starts for 3 months initially, Pay Rate £12.89 + hols
It will be a Monday to Friday role and working hours are (phone number removed)pm
We are looking for 3x customer service agents to come in and support with processing storm related claims. There may be an element of call handling involved in this role so must be comfortable dealing with difficult calls and complaints
