Recruitment Support
Write and format engaging job adverts that attract the right candidates.
Post vacancies across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum visibility.
Review applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Be a point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
Learn the company’s hiring process and assist in interview stages where needed.
Support initiatives focused on diversity, inclusion, and early career recruitment.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
Ensure a smooth transition for new starters by handling pre-start processes and onboarding.
Manage induction materials and coordinate introductory sessions.
Check in with new hires during their probation to support their success.
Handle general recruitment queries and manage the recruitment inbox.
HR & Employee Support
Prepare employment contracts, letters, and company-wide communications.
Assist with HR-related invoices, requisitions, and system updates.
Maintain internal HR platforms and keep employee resources up to date.
Organise company-wide initiatives like long service awards and employee engagement events.
Support HR-led projects and provide cover for the HR Advisor when needed.
