Mechanical Construction Manager
I'm currently in the market for a Mechanical Construction Manager to join an exciting Data Centre construction project in Central London.
My client is an M&E subcontractor working for a large GC in Central London. they require someone who can come in, own the package, identify problems, liaise with engineers and trades to resolve and help them deliver a quality package.
🧠 Mechanical knowledge and DC experience needed - focus on chilled water, piping and some HVAC
💶 £400 - £500 P/D DOE - all in rate
🗓️ Start ASAP and the contract will run until Summer 2026
💥 Opportunity to be part of a great project and join a reputable M&E subcontractor
🏠 Ideal candidate will be based in or around London
💼 If you are not based locally you will need to pay for all your own expenses - travel accommodation etc
