Job Title: Year 1 Teacher

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £140 - £223.62 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a lovely Primary School in Billericay, who are looking to appoint a Year 1 Teacher for the rest of the academic year, with the potential for the role to become permanent. This friendly and supportive school is dedicated to creating an environment where both staff and pupils thrive.

The successful Year 1 Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to a vibrant Year 1 class, helping to nurture young learners, and guiding them through their first key stage of primary education.

The successful Year 1 Teacher will have:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Experience teaching Year 1 (preferred but not essential)

Excellent classroom management skills

A passion for helping children achieve their best and develop a love for learning
