Your Role: As a valued member of our SEN support team, you will play a crucial role in:

Providing individualized support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within classroom settings.

Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and external specialists to implement and adapt Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

Promoting communication, social skills, and emotional regulation through tailored interventions and activities.

Fostering a positive learning environment that encourages independence, confidence, and academic progress.

Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to educators and parents.What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Proven experience working in a school setting, specifically with SEN students.

Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and adults alike.

Knowledge: Understanding of various SEN conditions and strategies to support diverse learner needs.

Passion: A genuine commitment to enhancing the educational experience for all children, particularly those with additional needs.
