We're hiring a Sales Support Representative to support our client's sales operations by managing incoming enquiries, qualifying leads, and ensuring prospects are directed to the right teams.
📍 Hybrid role - 3 days in Bracknell
📆 6-month contract (potential to extend or go permanent)
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage inbound enquiries, ensuring each request is handled efficiently.
Identify & qualify leads, following a clear script and structured questions.
Redirect non-sales enquiries to the appropriate teams.
Schedule calls & appointments for the Inside Sales team.
Maintain CRM accuracy, logging all interactions and ensuring data integrity.Your Experience:
Background in customer service, sales support, or appointment scheduling.
Strong communication skills - articulate, professional, and customer-focused.
