School Support Staff (Including Teaching Assistant Role) - St Albans

Is This You:

• A passionate and proactive individual who enjoys working with children
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or in a similar support role is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to motivate and engage pupils in their learning
• A patient, caring, and resilient approach to working with children
• Relevant qualifications (such as CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are beneficial but not required
