Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Your primary role will involve providing assistance to students in their learning, helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and supporting the overall educational goals of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Support students with their learning and development, both individually and in groups.
• Help maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and encouragement.
• Provide additional support to students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.
• Prepare classroom resources and assist with administrative tasks.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
• A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• A commitment to promoting an inclusive learning environment.
