Pharmacist Clinical Coordinator Virtual Interviews Pay Range:$120,640- 191,422.4 Sign ON Bonus: $15k SHIFT: DAYS 8A-5P (MONDAY-FRIDAY, WEEKENDS AS NEEDED) Required: Doctor of Pharmacy required from an accredited institution. Five (5) years of hospital clinical Pharmacy experience. Licensed to practice in the State of Texas. ACPE IV certification. ACLS, BLS (AHA) Preferred: Completion of PGY-1 residency with additional three (3) years of clinical experience or PGY-2 residency in an acute care setting highly preferred. Completion of an accredited Residency in Hospital Pharmacy, specialty training in Disease State Management. Antimicrobial stewardship certification.
