MUST HAVE INPATIENT CLINICAL PHARMACY EXPERIENCE IN WORK HISTORY Inpatient adults only Can see peds in ER 54 med/surg/tele beds 10 ICU OR/SDS radiology/IR ER Years of Experience Required: 2 years Assignment Duration: 13 weeks Rotating schedule - days 630- , or , evenings , overnights 2130-730 on weekdays and 2030 to 730 on weekends Contract Hours/Week: 40 Holiday Requirement: Per unit need First-Time Traveler Accepted: Yes Block scheduling? No Certifications Required? PharmD, RPh, NJ state license required Will the traveler float? No Call required? No Patient Mix/Skillset: The inpatient pharmacy supports our outpatient infusion department (chemotherapy and non-chemo infusions) as well as inpatient/ER Role must be chemo-certified and able to compound hazardous and non-hazardous medication Specific Equipment? Pyxis experience required, PharmacyOneSource experience preferred Charting System: Epic experience required Scrub Color/Dress Code: Green - provided while compounding Other: Parking: free in any unrestricted space, no pass needed
