Schedule: Sun, Mon, & Tues The Radiology Department can be relatively relaxed at times and other times it is quite busy so it is safe to say that no two days are the same and our work load varies. Our work environment is supportive and positive, although most of our work is independent, our team is always willing to step in and help when needed. The team is quick to help transport patients, close exams, make phone calls and help out in many ways. The variety and the unknown of what we do make the day go by quickly and you find satisfaction knowing your role was valuable in the patient care continuum. Our Radiology department is proud to feature state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging equipment to provide the best images with the lowest risk. All of our images are read and interpreted by a board-certified, subspecialty-trained radiologist from Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Our department is staffed 24/7 by trained technologists registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS). Diagnostic Imaging at Cottage Hospital is comprised of several modalities to include: X-ray (Radiography), Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Ultrasound, Echocardiography, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, and Bone Densitometry Qualifications / Skills/ Experience: Must be a graduate of an accredited program for Radiologic Technology. Must possess ARRT (R) and (CT) or (M) New Hampshire Imaging License Valid BLS Certification Multi-Modality experience (preferred) Excellent customer service and patient care required Athena and Cerner experience (preferred) Live within 30 min of Hospital for On Call (preferred not required)
