Are you a passionate and experienced Social Worker looking to make a real impact in the lives of children in care? Buckinghamshire Council is seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join their Children in Care Team, providing vital support and advocacy for looked after children.

Conduct thorough assessments of children s needs and risks, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and statutory guidelines.
Develop and implement child-centred care plans, working closely with multi-agency teams to secure the best outcomes.
Regularly review and monitor progress, making necessary adjustments to support services and interventions.
Provide direct support and guidance to children and their families, fostering positive relationships and stability.
Advocate for children in care, ensuring their voices are heard in reviews, court proceedings, and professional meetings.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with statutory requirements.

&#(phone number removed); At least 3 years post-ASYE experience within children s services, with a focus on Children in Care.
&#(phone number removed); Strong knowledge of Children Act 1989, Care Planning Regulations, and other relevant legislation.

&#(phone number removed); Ability to manage a caseload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
