An exciting contract opportunity with a leading motorsport team for an experienced Software Engineer specializing in powertrain systems.

Strong organizational and collaboration skillsRole Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and optimize software for powertrain performance and reliability

Work with SiL, HiL, and test systems to ensure robust operation

Collaborate with Performance Engineering to enhance vehicle efficiencyEssential Experience:

Simulink & Stateflow for model-based development

Engine & hybrid powertrain control systems design and validation

Testing on HiL, Rig, Dyno platforms

Calibration & diagnostics tools (CANape, CANalyzer, WinDarab, RaceCon)Technical Knowledge:

Full software development lifecycle (requirements, design, coding, testing)

Sensors, actuators, and powertrain failure modes
