Salary: Day rate £(phone number removed) per day
My client a leading nationwide gas and electrical contractor are currently seeking a number of self employed electricians to come on board for there social housing reactive maintenance contracts.
This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering domestic properties across North and East London. This is repairs contract, 6-9 jobs per day, materials supplied. You will need a van, fuel card and tester for minor works certs
Duties:
* Sockets, switches, pendants
* Remedial Works
* Fault Finding
* Shower replacement
* Fan replacement
* Minor works certs
Requirements:
* 18th edition
* NVQ L3
* AM2 (MUST)
* Social housing/Maintenance experience
* UK Driving license
* Own tester (for minor works certs)
