Job Description

Fawkes and Reece are looking for an Estates Technician to join a leading consultancy and work on behalf of a large water company in the north.

Estates Technician: Can have a non-estates background if has experience of GIS or similar. Would suit a graduate who is hungry and eager to develop into this area. Ideally, we want as much of this as we can:

• GIS and Mapping Software Proficiency - Experience using and interpreting GIS applications or plan-based software to manage land and property records.
• Land Registry and Legal Documentation - Ability to use and analyse Land Registry websites and documents, including hard copy deeds held in Pity Me, agreements, and statutory notices.
• Property Data Management - Knowledge of property database programs, record-keeping systems, and compiling, updating, and instructing on land and property records.

Please note this is a freelance assignment with a duration of up to 12 months.
