MEP Commissioning Manager has arisen working in Central London on a freelance basis commercial office building.

This MEP Commissioning Manager must come from a building services background. Ideally has worked as a commissioning engineer, have already worked on a portfolio of high end commercial projects and has a proven track record of completing all commissioning to deadlines.

You will be responsible for:

Attend all weekly commissioning/progress meetings and provide comprehensive detailed commissioning reports
Full responsibility for managing the commissioning process and testing
Witnessing of all commissioning activities
Manage site commissioning teams
Lead meetings
Ensure that the project team are adhering to Health and Safety regulations
Have an input to the design of all commissioning
