Job Description

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority based in South East England who are seeking to hire a planning and highways lawyer on a rolling contract for 6 months to cover a gap in their team.

The role has a hybrid working arrangement with bi-monthly committee attendance required in person - aside from that it would be remote.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have extension experience working within local government legal teams,

- Have previous experience with complex s106s, s278s, s38s, appeals, and enforcement,

- Ideally have experience with public rights of way work,

- Have two references from previous employers.
