Axon Moore are currently partnering with a successful, well-established and innovative organisation based in Blackburn to recruit a Pricing Accountant. The role would suit an individual who loves variety, creating solutions, and is seeking a highly sensitive but highly involved business facing role.

Responsibilities include:

Business partnering with commercial and operational teams to provide finance reviews of bids and tenders

Supporting the preparation of cashflow statements, highlighting risks and opportunities etc

Provide initial review of bids and tenders

Gather and reconcile employment costs, labour costs and cost grades, and ensure they are allocated correctly

Process twice annual pay reviews, involving update of labour cost base, uplift of standard cost grades, and review of labour recovery position

Lead the development models and tools that support the pricing and bidding of new work.

Support the wider business in using pricing tools and develop these where necessary

This is an excellent role for a motivated ACCA/ACA/CIMA nearly or newly qualified individual; or qualified by experince with the relevent skillset. 

Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract, with the potential to go permanent.
