Current vacancy for an Administrator to join a healthcare provider in Birmingham.
This role is a contract position for two months and may be extended.
Duties will include,
* General office administration duties including taking phone calls, taking in post and deliveries, welcoming visitors.
* Assist with process of PO / Invoices.
* Use of Microsoft packages to up date status of works.
* Speaking with contractors and colleagues to confirm appointments
