FLT Driver needed

(Counterbalance & Flexi Truck License Required)

Sure Staffing UK Ltd are looking to recruit FLT Driver, for our client based in Hull, HU9 area. Our client specialises in contract manufacturing, filling, and packing solutions for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and healthcare products.

Ideal candidate for a FLT Driver role will have:

• Counterbalance & Flexi Truck License required
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of safe forklift operation and warehouse health & safety regulations.
• Ability to lift and move goods, following manual handling guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties of a FLT Driver

• Operate Counterbalance and Flexi Truck forklifts to move, load, and unload stock safely and efficiently.
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies across the warehouse and production areas.
• Store and retrieve stock from racking systems, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Assist with order picking, stock replenishment, and dispatch preparation.
• Conduct daily pre-use safety checks on FLT equipment and report any faults.
• Work in compliance with health & safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Assist in general warehouse duties, including cleaning and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Work closely with the warehouse and production teams to meet operational targets.

Shift times for a FLT Driver:

• DAY SHIFT
• Monday to Friday
• 6am-3pm

Pay Rates for FLT Driver:

• 13.50/hour
