Job Description

Blue Arrow are looking for an efficient and experienced Project Manager with a background in construction to join their client in Inverness on a temporary basis.

QUALIFICATIONS/RELEVANT INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Training undertaken within CDM regulations
IOSH and/or NEBOSH qualified
At least 5 years in a management or Project Management role within the building services/facilities field.
HNC/D in either Mechanical/Electrical and or Project Management Qualifications
A strong sense of teamwork
A flexible and 'can do' approach to problem solving
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with customers and peers - in person, on the phone and in writing - in a professional and courteous manner
Experience of effectively managing resources/sub-contractors both on and off site
Proven commercial ability
Proven project planning ability
Strong customer service awareness
Strong commercial awareness
Able to manage through support team a number of key client projects at any one time
Able to prioritise own workload and that of the team, either direct staff or supply partners
Able to prepare works estimates and then control within these sums.
Ability to work under own cognisance with a high-quality approach to work
Ability to work under pressure within structured timescales.
Ability to operate effective IT systems.

Rate of Pay - 25/hour
