This role is for a Planning Obligations CO-ORDINATOR and will be the Council's most Senior role dealing with S106 and CIL matters. The client is looking to interview candidates as soon as the week commencing 10/02/2025

Role Specific

Office presences - Flexible

37 hours per week  

Hourly rate - approx. £55per hour

Local Authority experience.

Carrington West Pay Rate - up to £50ph
