Planning Regeneration Manager

South of England

£500 to £600 per day

Initial 6 to 9 Month Contract

Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in the South with their search for a Planning Regeneration Manager to join their Regeneration team on initial 6 to 9 month contract.

The role in discussion is to cover maternity within the team as well that is coming up shortly.

The manager has indicated that the pay rate is currently negotiable depending on what candidates would be looking for to do the role.

The role itself:

·Leading/Developing on a number of projects including a theatre (£30mil project) and a park (£10 - £11mil project)

·The masterplan in the area has recently been approved and they will need someone to lead on a community facility and also the development of a bus station also.

·Looking for someone who can develop projects.

·Office presence - As and when required.

·Looking to appoint to the position with an aim start date of March.

·Ideally looking for someone with a planning and property background but have flexibility on this depending on the candidate
