The Role:

Early Years Teacher:

• Teaching a vibrant and engaging EYFS curriculum that supports children’s early development, communication, social skills, and creativity

• Creating a nurturing and safe classroom environment that promotes confidence, independence, and a love for learning

• Working closely with Teaching Assistants and SEN support staff to ensure all children’s individual learning needs are met

• Encouraging learning through play, hands-on activities, and interactive storytelling

• Building strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure children’s progress is celebrated and supported

Who We’re Looking For: Early Years Teacher:

• A qualified EYFS Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

• A creative and passionate educator who brings energy, enthusiasm, and innovative teaching techniques into the classroom

• Someone who is patient, caring, and supportive, ensuring that each child feels safe, valued, and eager to learn

• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire young minds
