Our client is seeking an experienced Non-Working Joinery Foreman to join their team, overseeing a variety of projects across Manchester. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong joinery background who is looking to take a hands-on leadership position.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a joinery-focused foreman role.

* SSSTS or SMSTS certification is essential.

* Strong leadership and site management skills.

* Experience overseeing projects in education, retail, and student accommodation sectors.

* Ability to coordinate teams, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

* Managing joinery teams across multiple Tier 1 contractor projects.

* Ensuring work is completed on schedule and in line with client specifications.

* Liaising with site managers and contractors to maintain smooth project delivery.

* Ensuring health and safety protocols are strictly followed.
