Groundworker Cscs
Our client is one of the largest property services clients based in the Northwest, They specialise in refurb and maintenance, newbuild and voids.
They are currently seeking a skilled Groundworker to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in various groundwork techniques and possess a strong work ethic.
You are required to carry out repair work on tenanted properties.
To be considered
* Experience within responsive repairs is essential
* Groundworker qualification is essential
* CSCS card
* Experience carrying out repairs on tenanted properties is essential.
* A full clean UK driving licence
* Experience working with a PDA
* Social housing experience
Hours: 39 hour week , 08:00 - 16:30 , Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 15:30 on a Friday
CANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO BE PAID PAYE UMBRELLA £19.00 PER HOUR
