Senior Quantity Surveyor – Freelance – Tower Bridge

This leading residential developer has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a freelance contract basis for an initial period of 6 months.

The development is close to Tower Bridge and is considered a major new build, high end residential project consisting of RC Frame blocks of apartments with 24hr concierge, swimming pool and gym for residents, cinema and co-working spaces.

For this Senior Quantity Surveyor position you will add support to the commercial team and manage various subcontractor accounts and carry out general surveying duties.

You will as a Senior Quantity Surveyor have large scale RC Frame residential experience and with either residential developers or main contractors. A UK Construction qualification is essential, and you will live within a reasonable commute of the project which as good routes into London Bridge station from the South.
