Job Description

PSR Solutions are seeking a professional and experienced Banksman to join a Tier 1 contractor for a duration till summer 2028. The site is located within a prison facility, therefore, an enhanced level 1 vetting check will be required. Previous experience working within a prison environment may be advantageous in securing this position.

## Responsibilities

Direct vehicles: Ensure vehicles move safely and don't cause accidents or traffic

Communicate with drivers: Use hand signals or radio to guide drivers

Create safe traffic systems: Recommend and lay out safe traffic systems

Provide clear directions: Give clear, correct, and safe directions to plant operators

Monitor for obstructions: Watch for obstructions and other vehicle movements

Keep pedestrian areas clear: Keep traffic areas free of pedestrians

Report incidents: Report near miss incidents to relevant supervisors

Comply with safety policies: Comply with all health, safety, HR, and environmental policies and procedures

## Qualifications

- Valid CPCS Card

- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within a prison environment, would be beneficial

- Ability to pass an enhanced level 1 vetting check
