Position: Bodyshop Strip Fitter

Location: Longbridge, Birmingham

Contract Type: Long Term Contract

Pay Rate: £20 per hour

Start Date: Immediate

Industry: Automotive Fleet Management

We are currently seeking an experienced Bodyshop Strip Fitter to join our team on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automotive bodywork, specifically in removing and refitting bodywork and trim components. You will be working within a fleet management company based in Longbridge, Birmingham, responsible for ensuring that vehicles are stripped and refitted to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Stripping and refitting body panels, trim, and other associated components on a range of vehicles.

* Working to high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

* Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with company and safety standards.

* Reporting any additional work or damage found during the stripping process to the supervisor.

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Bodyshop Strip Fitter or similar role.

* In-depth knowledge of bodywork removal and refitting.

* Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.

* Must have your own tools and equipment to carry out the role.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Full UK driving license (preferred).
