Account Executive

Location: Chipping Warden, Northamptonshire

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £24,000-£26,000 per annum

Employment Type: Long-term, Ongoing work

Igloo is recruiting an Account Executive on behalf of a leading fleet solutions company. This role focuses on managing client accounts, ensuring service levels are met, and handling key administrative tasks.

The Role:

* Build strong relationships with clients and support account managers in performance reviews.

* Monitor customer KPIs and escalate service risks.

* Process bookings, amendments, and vehicle data in internal systems.

* Manage customer complaints, service delays, and escalations.

* Run daily reports and track fleet movements.

* Liaise with clients on vehicle de-fleeting, deliveries, and collections.

* Assist with administrative support, including compliance with service agreements.

The Person:

* Previous experience in automotive or logistics sectors preferred.

* Strong administration and customer service skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new internal systems.
