Job Description

Role: Lead Java Developer

Location: Portugal – FULLY REMOTE

Rate: Up to €280 per day

Duration: 6 months (initially – view to extend)

Your responsibilities:

* Develop cloud and micro service business solutions on different platforms that combine user needs with business requirements and ensure technical feasibility.

* Develop and advance building pipelines and automation of the software development lifecycle

* Set up security, logging and monitoring for our products.

* Understand software design on a micro and macro level.

* Are aware of SOLID principles and follow Clean Code principles.

* Pro-actively automate testing of the code you write.

* Create innovative prototypes and develop them into marketable solutions.

* Prefer to work in small increments, with very short feedback loops, iterating often.

* Enjoy frequent collaboration, because together we’re stronger and more resilient.

Mentor junior developers Our tech stack:

* Java, Kotlin, Typescript • Spring, Springboot

* Kafka

* SQL & NoSQL Databases

* Azure cloud platform experience
