Mechanical Site Manager

Location: Coventry

Pay: £325 per day CIS

16 months work

On site parking

Job starts in 2-3 weeks time

The Company:

Our client is a leading provider of M&E Installations across the UK. Working in partnership with some of the UK's best-known building contractors.

The project is a large conversion of an existing commercial building .

You will be overseeing all the direct and sub contract Mechanical workers and specialist works such as Air conditioning and Ducting.

You will hold tool box talks and attend client meetings.

You will have overall responsibility for Health & Safety of the mechanical works and implementation of RAMS on site .

The Person

• Strong Supervisory skills
• Candidate must be comfortable customer facing as you are in a sensitive environment
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Gold Skills
• NVQ's and City & Guilds in Plumbing & Heating or Heating & vent
• Strong working knowledge of electrical works
• Ability to manage team and sub contractors and liaise effectively with the project manager
