Job Advert: Electrical Inspector - Southwark Council

Location: 160 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QH
Rate of Pay: 28.45 per hour (umbrella)
Start Date: 24/02/2025
End Date: 19/05/2025
Requirement: Basic CRB/DBS

Resourcing Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Inspector to join Southwark Council. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in electrical inspections, compliance, and certification review.

• Reviewing Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Reports, Remediation Certification, and Fire Alarm Certification.
• Conducting site visits to inspect ongoing and completed electrical works.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and electrical standards.
• Providing detailed reports and recommendations based on inspections.
• Working both in the office and on-site, with the potential for one day of remote work per week.

• BS th Edition (2382)
• Inspection & Testing (2391)
• Level 3 Qualification in Electrical Installations
• Prior experience in electrical inspections, compliance checks, and certification reviews.
