Job Advert: FRA Carpenter - Site Based (Leicester)

Are you a skilled and dedicated carpenter looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a FRA Carpenter to join our clients dynamic team. If you have experience in fire safety work and are passionate about delivering high-quality craftsmanship, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out first and second fix carpentry work on site.

Install fire doors, frames, and associated fittings as part of fire safety improvements.

Follow strict health and safety guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and others on site.

Read and interpret technical drawings and fire safety specifications.

Work in a team with other trades to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Ensure all works are compliant with fire regulations and industry standards.Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a carpenter, ideally with a focus on FRA (Fire Risk Assessment) work.

Strong knowledge of fire door installation and fire safety regulations.

Ability to read and interpret building plans, technical drawings, and fire safety codes.

Excellent attention to detail and high standards of craftsmanship.

A valid CSCS card.

Fire door installation or fire safety qualification (desirable but not essential).

Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.

Full UK driving license and access to transport.Benefits:
