About the Role: Early Years Teacher:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive school in Hackney. This is a full-time, long-term position where you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young learners, providing them with the best possible start to their school life.
As an EYFS Teacher, you will create a nurturing and engaging environment where children can develop their social, emotional, and academic skills. Using a child-centered approach, you will encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning. Your role will involve delivering the EYFS curriculum in a fun and interactive way, ensuring every child feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities: Early Years Teacher:
• Plan and deliver exciting, engaging, and age-appropriate lessons based on the EYFS curriculum
• Create a safe and stimulating learning environment where children can thrive
• Assess and monitor children’s progress, providing individual support where needed
• Work closely with parents, carers, and other professionals to support children's development
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage children’s social and emotional well-being
Application Requirements: Early Years Teacher:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in EYFS, with a strong understanding of the curriculum
• Passion for early childhood education and child development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching
