The Role: SEN Teaching Assistant:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), you will play a crucial role in supporting children with ASD in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Your main responsibilities will include working closely with the classroom teacher and other support staff to provide tailored support for students. You will be responsible for ensuring that each child can access the curriculum and participate fully in school life, while providing a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with ASD

• Encourage independence and confidence in students.
