About the Role:
We’re seeking an SEN TA with expertise in SEMH to support children with emotional and mental health needs in a dynamic Camden primary school. This part-time role offers the chance to work closely with students, teachers, and the SEN team to enhance both academic and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEMH needs.
• Assist in adapting lessons and behavior strategies.
• Implement individualised education plans (IEPs)
.• Support classroom management and foster positive behavior.

Application Requirements:
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in SEMH
.• Patient, flexible, and a team player.
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning is desirable.
• Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to apply for one).
