Plant and Vehicle Marshal

Location: Herne Bay, Kent

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Plant and Vehicle Marshal to join our team in Herne Bay, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to work on an ongoing basis in a busy construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure safe and efficient movement of plant and vehicles on-site.

Coordinate the arrival, departure, and positioning of plant machinery.

Supervise vehicle access and maintain a safe working environment.

Assist with traffic management on-site.

Follow all health and safety protocols and site regulations.

Essential Requirements:

Must hold a Blue CPCS A73 Ticket or a Blue Competent NPORS Card.

Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

Strong awareness of health and safety regulations.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
