About the Role

As an Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support across multiple services. You’ll lead and inspire teams, drive service improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a Multisite/Area Manager in the learning disabilities sector

* Strong background in supporting adults with learning disabilities

* Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

* Excellent leadership and team management skills

* Passionate about delivering outstanding care and support
