An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Onboarding Officer to join a well-established and highly capable professional services organisation based in Birmingham on 12 month FTC working 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities for the Onboarding Officer
You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding process for clients, making this position vital to the company's commitment to client care.
Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Liaise with various departments to facilitate a smooth transition for clients
Provide exceptional client service and support throughout the onboarding journey.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client onboarding.
Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding procedures and best practices.
Experience Required for the Onboarding Officer
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficient in using various software and tools for documentation and record-keeping.
