SF Recruitment are recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in North Derbyshire.
As an HR Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the HR team with a range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and issuing contracts, offer letters, and employee correspondence
Maintaining and updating employee records accurately
Handling HR filing and document management
Supporting with onboarding processes for new employees
Assisting with HR projects and general administrative duties
What we're looking for:
Previous HR admin or strong office administration experience is desirable
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
Confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Driving license and own transport is essential due to the location
