Overview:
We are seeking a Learner Experience Officers to provide exceptional front-line services across Westminster Adult Education Service (WAES) sites. These roles are critical in ensuring a positive learner experience by delivering high-quality customer service, supporting admissions and enrolment processes, and carrying out administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
* To provide outstanding front-line services from all WAES sites, reception desks and Learner Hubs
* To support with all aspects of the admissions and enrolment processes and be flexibly to changing priorities
* To embrace new ways of working that support improving learner experience, development and progression
* To undertake associated administrative tasks such as issuing room keys, receiving and processing deliveries, facilitating customer Initial Assessment bookings or interviews, handling customer payments, issue ID badges to visitors, issuing examination certificates.
* To have a wide knowledge of Westminster Adult Education Service (WAES) and its services and respond appropriately to requests, messages to include voice messages and enquiries.
* To maintain a broad knowledge of the Academic Departments and the courses available to learners.
* To assist in the day-to-day operation of WAES main Centres to ensure a high-quality environment and experience for all learners and service users.
Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience:
* Minimum Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths
* Level 3 in a Customer Service or equivalent experience
* Knowledge of Adult Education Funding
* An understanding of the welfare, benefits and immigration systems and processes
* Delivering high Customer Service supporting individuals to use digital platforms
* Experience using self-service Customer database systems
* Excellent IT and technological skills and competence using Microsoft Packages
* Experience using a student Records System
Pay Rates:
PAYEE - 19.84
Umbrella - £25.36
