Salary: £21.00 - £25.00 per hour

We have an opportunity for a Multi Skilled Electrician to join a housing estate team for a local council in North Kensington, West London.

This is a static role so no van and fuel card will be provided, as all properties are within walking distance.

Responsibilities:

Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring systems and fixtures in domestic social housing properties.

Installing and upgrading electrical systems for heating and hot water, including boilers, immersion heaters, and heat pumps.

Repairing and maintaining electrical components of hot water systems, such as unvented cylinders, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Using PDA equipment competently to record works carried out in real time and ensuring all works are carried out safely in accordance with code of conduct.

Providing excellent customer service by communicating effectively with tenants about the work being carried out.Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (manual)

JIB Gold Card (ECS Gold Card)

Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2018

Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (2365)

Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installations (2357)
