Are you an experienced HR Professional who is immediately available and looking for temporary or contract work in the York area? Would you like to get involved in a key project within a well-established business and support the Head of People?

Are you able to work on your own initiative with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail? Are you process-focused and able to learn new processes with ease?

What the HR Adviser job involves

• Collate all HR and personnel files on every employee
• Review and analyse the details on pay, benefits, policies, contracts, and absences etc.
• Create a working report of the data for the Head of People to review as part of the harmonisation project
• Updating any paper-based files onto the online system

Skills required

• A high degree of confidentiality
• Experience of using HR software and collating data onto Excel
• Self-managed and experienced in similar projects
• HR experience is essential

Other information

• Temporary for circa 4-8 weeks until the project is complete
• Full time 100% in the York office
• Car Parking available
