Estates Surveyor
We are looking for an experienced Estates Surveyor to help one of our clients in the North East on a 12 month contract.
Key Responsibilities & Experience:
Conduct rent reviews and manage property/land portfolios
MRICS qualification
Manage acquisitions and disposals of properties
Handle landlord and tenant matters
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the rent review process
Have knowledge of agricultural and tenant rentsOffice attendance is required for this position.
