Electrical Controls Engineer

Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)

£50 per hour - Outside IR35

Essential skillset:

Experienced in the design of Siemens control panel/ MCC

Strong working knowledge of industrial control systems such as electrical distribution equipment, MCCs and PLC control panels.

At least 7 years experience in the design of electrical distribution / motor control centres and PLC control systems.

Experience working in a turnkey project environment.

Strong working knowledge of BS7671 and BS EN 60204

Experienced producing and managing RAMS.

Experience in the production of FDS / SDS

Design and programming of PLC / HMI / SCADA systems for various industries using Siemens/ Mitsubishi/Rockwell

Ability to produce test documents FAT/SAT

Desirable experience (not essential):

A working knowledge and understanding of AC/DC drives systems

Experience of BS EN IEC 62061 or BS EN ISO 13849
