Housing Management Coordinator

Location:                    Chard

Hours:                        22.5 hours

Salary:                        £14.43 PAYE

Contract:                    Temp to perm available

Unlock your potential and join the dynamic team in Chard! We're seeking a talented Supported Housing/Housing Management professional to take on a temporary role that will challenge and inspire you. As a key member of this housing management team, you will have the opportunity to support a caseload through the homeless pathways, based within a 3-bed shared property with semi-independent flats in the community within a mile radius.

You will be responsible for:

Move in assessments

Housing Support

Income maximisation

Collaborative support planning

Building compliance (H&S, Fire, Water, etc.)

Preferred Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues

Strong organizational and time management abilities, enabling you to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively

A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset to address any challenges that arise

Experience in housing management or a related field, with a deep understanding of the sector

A genuine passion for making a positive difference in people's lives and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
