Your responsibilities will include:

Working closely with the business and academic leaders in the schools

Maintaining a brand new school site

Leading the premises team on a day to day basis and delegating tasks

Overseeing the work of contractors

Improving schools sites in a cost effective mannerRequirements for the position include:

* DBS - In date, with no reprimands which prohibit working with children

* Relevant qualifications - Ideally you will have qualifications in Heath & Safety

* Project management experience

* You will have strong knowledge of IT

* Strong commitment and a positive attitude to the role and objectives
