Job Description

I am currently working with a client in South Wales hiring for a Building Surveyor position with a focus on delivering reactive maintenance and across mainly commercial properties.

The most ideal candidates will have a history of working within Housing Associations and Local Authorities to assess structural and safety issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all properties are compliant with H&S regulations
• Regularly report findings and assess property
• Undertake regular surveys when complaints are submitted

Requirements

• CAD Literate
• Non-Housing Background
• Commercial experience ideal
