Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a complex and high end refurbishment project in Poole, this is a prestigious development and requires someone with a high level of professionalism, excellent quality of work and strong management skills .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Oversee subcontractors and site staff to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Evaluate compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
• Analyze and resolve any issues that arise on-site promptly.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality aligns with project specifications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Detailed knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
• Strong technical & commercial knowledge
• CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certificate.
